Shipping policy

We want your Maison Matcha order to reach you safely and on time. Please read the following carefully to understand our shipping procedures, costs, and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Maison Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Once we hand over your order to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you.

Tracking Your Order

  • For all shipments, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress directly with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@maisonmatcha.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

  • Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipped orders.
