Shipping & Returns

We want your Maison Matcha order to reach you safely and on time. Here’s a quick guide on shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping

  • Locations: We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.
  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days within Australia and 4–10 business days to New Zealand. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
  • Damaged/Lost Items: Inspect your package on arrival. Contact us immediately at hello@maisonmatcha.com.au if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Returns: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unopened, in original condition, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Returns are accepted from both Australia and New Zealand customers.
  • How to Return: Email hello@maisonmatcha.com.au with your order number and details to start the process.
  • Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.

Import duties and taxes may apply for New Zealand orders. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
